Property Description

SAND VILLAS - 264 West First Street Unit B-1 - This first floor, second row condo features three bedrooms and two baths on one level. Two of the bedrooms have a queen bed in each, and one has a private bath. The second bedroom opens to the living room. The third bedroom has two double beds. The dining table seats six, and there are three stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating.

Amenities include seasonal community pool, cold water outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, two TV's, DVD player, and Wireless Internet. Hibachi-style grills are on the grounds for guests' use. Sand Villas condos are one mile to the west of the pier, and directly across the street from the Beaufort Street beach access.

This condo rents from June 16 to August 11 only, and it rents on a weekly basis only. All our properties have pillows and bedspreads. Sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided. ALL OUR UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING, AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.
