On the main level, the street side bedroom has two double beds, and the ocean front one has a king. Upstairs, one street side bedroom has two queens, and one has two singles; one ocean side bedroom has a king, and one has two queens. The dining room table seats twelve, and there are six stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating. There's an additional sitting area on the main level. All bedrooms have a private bathroom, and there's a half-bath off the kitchen. Upstairs, the bedroom with the two single beds has a walk-in shower with a three and a half inch lip. The master bedroom also has a walk-in shower. All other bathrooms have a shower/tub combination.

Amenities include private pool, elevator, covered oceanfront porches on both levels, enclosed outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, 4 TV's, DVD player, blender, and Wi-Fi.

Although this property rents for partial weeks in the off season, before June 4 and after August 21, there's a minimum three-night rental required. All our properties have pillows and bedspreads.
