We had a great time, the unit was clean. We were disappointed there were not many drinking glasses. The weather was beautiful and the chairs and umbrellas were up before the posted time. That allowed us extra time on the beach. The property is well maintained and maintenance is on site in case they were needed.

WOULD BE GOOD IF ALL THE CONDO OWNERS WOULD REMOVE BIGG JACUZZI TUBS AND PUT IN BIG SHOWER. TUB DIFFICULT TO ENTER AND EXIT FOR OLDER FOLKS AND DIFFICULT TO TO KEEP WATER OFF THE FLOOR

The condo was spotless, comfortable and we loved the tile floors. Overall, the condo itself needed a little TLC. We asked Brooks and Shorey (on a Sunday) if a few things could be repaired and within a hour all items were being repaired! Also the condo had only had one drinking glass (for ice tea etc.) and a very nice lady from Brooks and Shorey arrived with a box of 9 glasses. From their booking agents, who are incredible and listen to their customers, to customer care and service I believe Brooks and Shorey is the best management team on the Island!

Everything was great with our stay at Pelican Isle. The room was as advertised. It was only a short walk across a walkway over the dunes to the beach. Great views from the balcony. We didn’t have any issues while there.

Loved the beachfront location and huge balcony that stretched from the master bedroom to the living room. Appreciate that the condo is all one level. It is spacious and the layout is great, allowing for guest privacy. Only thing I’d ask for is to make it pet friendly.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, our rental got moved to another facility and the nights spent were splint between two condos. This meant having to pack up and move from on room to another rather than enjoying the day on the beach.
However, my agent did the best she could to make it a smooth transition. It was ideal for sure, but we made the best of it.

Its was awesome. Wish I could have stayed longer. Everyone was very friendly. You didnt have a housekeeper bugging every day. Its was very private. I wasnt expecting the room to be as big as it was.

We had a wonderful stay. Was very pleased that we were able to get unit for 10 days. And super thankful that the elevators were in working order since we were on the 6th floor. My only dissatisfaction was the size of the washing machine. It was so small I was only able to wash up to 3 towels at time.

We were looking for a quiet place that was not crowded so we could relax and enjoy the beach. This is exactly what we wanted . Brooks and Shore recommended this place and we couldn’t have been happier. The condo was nice and clean with a wonderful view. We were close to all the attractions without having to go very far. We will try to stay here again when we return

Brooks and Shorey was great working with us. We had an issue with the AC freezing up and it was resolved within an hour. I was concerned that when we called to push our dates back due to the hurricane, the receptionist wasn’t very helpful at first. Once she got approval from her manager to push our dates out, she was less than kind towards me. We love brooks and Shorey and have been using them since 2012 to book our vacations. We hope this was an isolated situation caused from the stress of hurricane michael and an increase in calls. We look forward to our next vacation with brooks and Shorey
