A PLACE AT THE BEACH PHASE I - 277 West First Street Unit 1A -This second floor side unit condo is in an oceanfront complex, so you won't have to cross any streets to get to the beach. It features two bedrooms and one and a half baths on one level. One bedroom has a king bed, and 1/2 bath, and the other bedroom has a queen and a set of twin bunks. ROKU TV in living area and both bedrooms.
Amenities include seasonal community pool, outside shower, central heat and air, dishwasher, microwave oven, blender, shared laundry facilities room by the pool, and Wireless Internet. There are hibachi grills in the common area. This unit has a private balcony. Please see the photo of the view from the private deck.
