Property Description
NEESE'S COTTAGE - 245 West First Street - This newly renovated oceanfront house features six bedrooms and three bathrooms on two levels. The main level has four bedrooms. The two ocean side bedrooms have a king in each and TV's. The two on the street side have a queen and a set of bunk beds in each. Upstairs, the street side bedroom has a queen bed and TV. The ocean side bedroom has a king bed and TV, and access to an ocean facing deck with a great view. On the main level, one bathroom is a Jack n Jill and one is a hallway bath. Both have shower/tub combinations. Upstairs, there's a bathroom at the end of the hallway. The dining room table seats eight, and there are three stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating.
Amenities include hot and cold water outside enclosed shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, blender, five DVD players, Blu-ray, iron/ironing board, ceiling fans, wet bar, and secure Wi-Fi. With porches on two levels and a covered gazebo on the dunes, you'll have plenty of room to sit and enjoy the ocean breeze.
This property has keyless entry.
This property rents for partial weeks in the off-season, before June 3 and after August 20, and there's a two-night minimum stay required. All our properties have pillows and bedspreads. Sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided. ALL OUR RENTALS ARE NON-SMOKING AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.

We loved Neece's Cottage! The property was comfortable, clean, kept up so well and decorated so tastefully. We loved all the amenities and all 10 of us were very comfortable and pleased with the space. We would definitely come back and rent this property again and recommend it to friends and family! The Neese Cottage provides a wonderful deck and gazebo. From there, sunrises are the most beautiful to photograph. The house has ample bedrooms (6). The large dining table can seat 12. The kitchen was well stocked with detergent. I'd say the deck and the view was well worth it. We had a good time.
