Property Description

Leland Street direct beach access with parking. This concrete canal house features four bedrooms and three baths on two levels. On the main level, there are two bedrooms with a queen bed in each. There's one bathroom on this level off the kitchen. Upstairs, one bedroom has a king bed and one has a queen. There are two bathrooms on this level, both off the hallway. All bedrooms have TV's. Amenities include screened in porch, boat dock, enclosed hot and cold outside shower, central heat and air, dishwasher, washer and dryer, microwave oven, fish cleaning station, and DVD player. Please note this unit does not have Internet access. The dining room table seats six, and there are also four stools at the bar for additional seating. Located on the T of the canal at Pender Street, this location gives you both a canal and dock, with direct access to the Intracoastal Waterway, as well as being approximately 200' from the Leland Street beach access. Although this house rents for partial weeks in the off season, there's a three-night minimum stay. All our properties have pillows and bedspreads. Sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided.
